Welcome to DaWeave by Riddhi. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of DaWeave by Riddhi.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product details, colors, sizes, images, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or device differences.

For handcrafted, embroidered, or fabric-based products, minor variations may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable at the time of placing the order will be considered final.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment or acceptance of the order under the available payment method.

DaWeave by Riddhi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of:

  • Incorrect product pricing

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Technical or operational errors

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be handled as per the payment and refund terms communicated to the customer.

5. Payment

We may offer payment methods such as:

  • Online payments

  • UPI

  • Credit or debit cards

  • Other supported payment gateways

  • Cash on Delivery, where available

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 3–7 business days through registered courier companies and/or Speed Post.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

DaWeave by Riddhi / Riddhi Kunal Raval is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities after the shipment has been handed over to them.

7. Return & Exchange

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of product delivery to request an eligible return or exchange.

The product must be returned within 7 days in the same condition in which it was delivered, including original tags and packaging where applicable.

Customers may be required to share product photographs and the reason for return or exchange.

Approved eligible returns may receive a coupon code equivalent to the applicable product value.

The coupon code:

  • Is for one-time use

  • Is valid for one year from the date of issuance

  • Cannot be reused after redemption

No cancellations or cash refunds are entertained as per our stated Return & Refund Policy.

8. Product Condition

Returned or exchanged products must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or alterations

  • Returned with original tags where applicable

DaWeave by Riddhi reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the required condition.

9. Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:

  • Name

  • Address

  • PIN code

  • Phone number

  • Email address

We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Content available on the website may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially used without prior permission.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, product photographs, text, designs, branding, and other materials, belongs to DaWeave by Riddhi or is used with appropriate authorization.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services, including payment gateways, courier partners, analytics tools, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or delays caused by third-party services outside our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

DaWeave by Riddhi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from website use, courier delays, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability, where applicable, will be limited to the value of the relevant order.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
